Where it all started….
It all started on a farm and grew into a passion!
The founder, Ethan Olsen grew up on a farm in the rural mid-west and southern USA. His interest in motors started from a young age, when he learned how to drive the tractor and the farm equipment. Always tinkering with something, Ethan was known for taking everything apart just to see how it worked. Growing up, Ethan’s passion for being a mechanic grew as he worked his way up in small repair shops and working with various fleets. Finishing school and becoming an ASE Certified technician; Ethan gained hands-on experience in a variety of diesel applications, including construction equipment, dealerships, and Marine repair. Continuing to grow, Ethan built his reputation for his ingenuity and diesel knowledge; by doing unheard of diesel modifications as well as diesel conversions from home. He realized that his builds really sparked interest in the community and soon grew to be his own operation. Always working with diesel trucks and equipment he saw the lack of fair and honest diesel repair services around. So, he decided to offer his expertise and services for the greater good, by opening general repairs to the area. Opening a shop that offered FAIR and Transparent Pricing was the foundation on which the shop was established. Hence, the birth of NW Diesel! NW Diesel is so grateful for each one of our customers and has deeply become invested in offering QUALITY service that will not break the bank.
